Look LLC is available for Home Staging projects through both its Connecticut and California offices. Home staging is a new concept in selling Real Estate that began on the West Coast and has recently become popular throughout the country. Rather than showing an empty property, sellers are opting to use the services of a staging professional to furnish the home for sale. Staging has been proven to increase the selling price, and to decrease the length of time the house is on the market.

Unlike traditional stagers whose inventory is often rented or recycled, Look stages each property with furnishings specifically purchased for that job and makes all of the items available for sale to the buyer. This pre-decorating service is unique, and can make the move into a new home a great deal easier for the new owner. Because our inventory is always fresh, our stagings will never have the formulaic predictability of what is often seen on the market. Our furnishings are so perfectly designed for each house, they will not only sell the house, they will sell themselves.
