About

HPC outside with chairHelen Post Curry, a certified Color Consultant, created Look LLC in 2005 to focus her passion for well-designed interiors based on people’s individual personal color palettes.  Her fascination with the uses and philosophy of color and how it can be used for enhanced well-being has led her to create rooms that her clients look and feel good in, rather than ones that are just good to look at.   In this way she is working to change the energy on the planet one room at a time.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Art History from Finch College and was originally trained as a graphic designer before graduating from the New York School of Interior Design.  Among her other interests is the intriguing practice of walking meditation using labyrinths, about which she wrote The Way of the Labyrinth, Penguin Putnam 2000.

Helen also travels widely to promote and help preserve the work of her great-grandfather, the renowned architect and extraordinary interior designer, Cass Gilbert.  When not busy organizing public and private tours of his magnificent Woolworth Building Lobby (www.WoolworthTours.com) she can be found in the quiet sanctuary of her Connecticut home musing over colors and designing intentional interiors for her treasured clients through her company Look LLC.
